5. Tiny Texas Houses, Texas
Founded in 2006 by Brad Kittel, Tiny Texas Houses focuses on building pint-sized homes all around the city of Luling, Texas. Since then, the company has constructed more than 80 houses, each with a unique design and all modern amenities one might need inside a house. The homes are built with long-lasting quality wood like longleaf pine and Cyprus, as well as a variety of recycled materials.
The creator of the company believes that keeping it small is one way of preserving what little we still have of nature and resources. Inside you will also find foldable furniture that can be easily moved around to experiment with the interior design.
